UK Delivery*
We offer next day delivery to most UK regions, with exception to the Grampians, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. For these regions, we can provide two-day couriered delivery. Please get in touch with our team for a delivery quote when you are ready to make an order.
Free delivery is offered to UK residents (excluding Scottish Highlands & offshore islands such as Guernsey, Isle of Wight etc.) on orders over £400 (excl VAT). We can ship on Pallets or Cartons.
Next Day Delivery (UK)
We offer next day delivery to most parts of mainland UK, with exception to the Grampians, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands (where delivery will take two days). Next-day UK delivery is subject to orders being received before 12:00 PM the day prior. If you make your order after 12:00 PM, then it will be shipped the following day.
Please note – delivery times are also subject to stock availability. Some items may also take longer as they are manufactured to order. Please get in touch with your order requirements for the most accurate delivery date.
Free Standard Delivery
Free Standard delivery* is offered to UK residents (excluding Scottish Highlands & offshore islands such as Guernsey & the Isle of Wight) on orders over £400 (excl VAT) Please get in touch for more details. Oversized items including non-conveyable items may have a separately delivery charge, due to their size.
International Shipping
Export deliveries worldwide are available for our overseas customers, please contact the Sales Team for further information and quotes. We can ship on Pallets or Cartons.
Notice of Non Delivery
We must be informed of items that haven’t been delivered within 14 days of date of invoice. Claims for shortage or damaged must be made within 3 days of delivery of goods..
Additional Charges
Please note that some orders may incur extra fees – such as where congestion charges are incurred, or where carriers charge extra (oversized items, delivery to a private address, missed/re-delivery, etc). Speak to us when you order for a price quote that will break down the costs and if your order is subject to additional charges.
Details of Returns
Eligibility for Returns: Most items purchased from John Wilde & Co (Metals) Ltd are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. However, this policy may not apply to made-to-order items.
- Refund Process: If you decide to return an item within the eligible return period, you will be credited back for the full amount you paid.
- Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty, John Wilde & Co (Metals) Ltd can offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. In this case, you will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a refund once the faulty goods are sent back to us for examination – please let us know as soon as possible if the items are faulty.
- Non-Faulty Items: If the item is not faulty but you no longer need it, John Wilde & Co (Metals) Ltd can offer a refund. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee – you must inform us of this within 14 days, if it is outside this time period we may not be able to accept the goods back – some goods are made to order and are non-returnable – call us for further details.
- Notification Timeframe: Regardless of the reason for the return, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item.
